Tim Glasby

Solicitor

Tim passed his Legal Practice Course examinations with Commendation at the College of Law in Guildford (2007) having gained an LLD (Hons) degree in Law from Reading University (2006). He joined the firm in July 2007 as a trainee solicitor.

Tim qualified as a solicitor in July 2009 and continues his work in the Company / Commercial team working on matters including:

• sale and purchase of assets of companies in administration or liquidation;
• share sale and purchase agreements;
• drafting terms and conditions;
• company formations;
• loan and facility agreements;
• corporate restructuring and shareholder agreements; and
• share options.

Tim is also involved in a wide range of contentious commercial disputes in the High Court and County Court including insolvency applications and debt recovery.

Among other work, Tim has a particular interest in employment law having researched the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 for his dissertation at University.
