Stephanie Pugh

Stephanie obtained a degree in genetics at Leeds University. In 2006 she passed her CPE law conversion course and in 2007 she passed the Legal Practice Course examinations with distinction.
Since joining the firm in September 2007 she has gained valuable experience in Landlord and Tenant disputes and other areas of dispute resolution. Notable experiences include involvement in a long running High Court group litigation; applications to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal; and assisting in a successful appeal to the House of Lords in relation to a tenant's right to enfranchise.
She has also completed a seat in the Company / Commercial department gaining experience of non-contentious commercial work including the drafting of commercial documents, forming companies and involvement in company restructures.
She qualified as a solicitor in April 2010 and currently sits in the Property department assisting with Landlord and Tenant transactions.
