Molly joined the firm in November 2009 having previously worked at Stitt & Co. She qualified in 2001.

She has gained extensive experience in all aspects of residential property with particular experience of:

• sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• advising domestic and international clients
• exclusivity and lock-out agreements
• sub-sale agreements
• drafting lease extensions, supplemental leases and deeds of variation
• re-financing
• advising landlords in respect of transfers of freehold titles

Molly has recently acted for a number of clients acquiring plots and new build properties.
