Bianca joined the firm in November 2001 and qualified into the firm's property department in September 2006.

She has acquired extensive experience in all aspects of residential property transactions, including dealing with:

• the purchase and sale of registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold titles;
• re-mortgages;
• grant of leases and lease extensions;
• licences; and
• transfers of equity.

Bianca has also advised a number of clients on the purchase, sub-sale and assignment of new-built apartments and plots of land.

Bianca also speaks fluent Portuguese and very good Spanish.

Bianca is currently on maternity leave.
