Butcher Burns Team Member Profile: Alex Levinger - Solicitor

Alex joined the firm in October 2008 as a trainee solicitor.

Alex has an LLB (Hons) degree in Law and European Legal Studies from the University of East Anglia (2006) and passed his Legal Practice Course examinations with a Commendation from The College of Law in Moorgate in 2008.

Alex is a solicitor in the company / commercial department. His advises on company law, director duties, company formations, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, financing, loan arrangements and company and business sales.

Alex Levinger is a member of our Sports Law Group. He specialises in all commercial arrangements relevant to sporting enterprise and individuals. His experience ranges from the sale of sports clubs, to the negotiation of sponsorship agreements and image rights agreements. and qualified in July 2010. 

Alex speaks competent French, having lived in Lyon, and supports Arsenal.
